Puppetry is a traditional performing art long existed among the ethnic groups living in Vietnam. It originated from the wet rice civilization since the Hung Kings founded the country. The Sung Thien Dien Linh stele erected at Long Doi Pagoda, Doi Son commune, Duy Tien district, in Ha Nam province in 1121 under the Ly Dynasty bears the inscription that the puppet show was first staged in honour of the King’s longevity.
The one pillar pagoda has into official name of "Nhat Tuc". It locates in the street of the same name in the President’s Palace, the Ho Chi Minh Mauseleum and Museum.
Quan Thanh temple in Hanoi, located at a corner of old Co Ngu Road, present-day Thanh Nien Road and Quan Thanh Street, near Hanoi’s West and Truc Bach Lakes, Quan Thanh Temple with its spacious and charming landscape helps highlight the ancient and romantic beauty of this area.

The sound of looms has filled Van Phuc for a thousand years, and is a touching sound to villagers when returning from far away.

The uneven rows of mountains constitute a range which is like a dancing dragon watching itself in the water of Nam La Stream. On the sides of hills live various kinds of trees such as coffee, apricot, bullace, pine, bamboo trees.
